About the Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a CA background or finance specialization who wants to work on strategic coordination, financial planning, and compliance without getting into core audit or taxation work.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper record-keeping and support process improvements within the finance function.
Support compliance documentation, agreements, and data accuracy across departments.
Coordinate with partners, and internal teams for timely financial communication.
Contribute to budgeting insights, reports, and decision-support analysis.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory norms in collaboration with the CA team.

Requirements:

CA (Inter)/ MBA in Finance/ MCom/ Equivalent (with 1-2 years of Experience)
Strong communication, soft skills, and coordination ability.
Excellent communication and soft skills to bridge cross-departmental coordination.
Strong analytical mindset and command over MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion and accuracy.
