PlanetSpark is currently hiring for the profile of Business Development Manager(BDM) role.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Will be leading of team of 10-14 associates.
2. Responsible for their training and development.
3. Responsible for the assigned task and expected to deliver the targets on time.
   

Requirements :

1. Should have a minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of experience working at an associate level.
2. Shall have experience in leading a team of 10-15 associates for atleast 1-2 years.
3. Should have good knowledge of google sheets/excel.
4. Should be a data-driven person and should be able to take the right decisions on the basis of data.
