What You'll Own at Super Class by Physics Wallah:

- Drive strategic programs and operating rhythms (weekly/monthly reviews, planning cycles, dashboards)
- Identify inefficiencies, optimize SOPs, and ensure seamless cross-functional execution
- Lead tracking of KPIs/0KRs and ensure timely reporting of business outcomes
- Support senior leadership with planning, review decks, performance dashboards, and follow-ups
- Execute special projects-from market research to strategic vendor evaluations.
