What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end sales operations strategy, from lead lifecycle management to conversion optimization
- Design and implement data-driven decision frameworks to track KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend
action.
- Take full ownership of CRM platforms (Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar), ensuring structure, automation, and compliance.
- Build and scale sales processes, improve funnel velocity, and support growth targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to drive operational excellence.
-Mentor and lead a team of operations professionals with a focus on execution, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What Physics Wallah is Looking For:

- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C tech setups.
- Strong command over CRM tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho, etc.
- Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Excel (advanced), and SQL.
- you must be able to build dashboards, extract insights, and translate data into action.
- Proven team leadership experience with a problem-solving, ownership-first mindset.
- Ability to build from scratch, improve existing processes, and align sales ops with business goals.
- Passion for building scalable systems that make an impact across teams and customers.
