Join Our Team as a Student Support & Digital Operations Executive.
Are you passionate about student engagement and digital operations? We're looking for a dynamic individual to play a key role in enhancing our student experience, managing our Google Business presence, and ensuring smooth updates across our website and app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Support & Coordination:.
• Handle student queries via email, chat, and calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Guide students through course onboarding, troubleshoot doubts, and resolve issues.
• Maintain up-to-date student records and progress reports.
• Gather valuable feedback and escalate concerns when needed.
  

Google Business Page Management:
- Keep business hours, contact info, and course offerings updated on Google My Business.
- Respond professionally to reviews and maintain a strong online presence. Post regular updates, photos, and promotions to engage the community.
Website & App Content Updation:
- Work with content and tech teams to keep course details, faculty info, banners, and student testimonials fresh.
- Ensure links, forms, and visuals are consistently up to
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement necessary changes swiftly.
