Role Description
- This is a contract role for a Faculty for Sociology Optional, located on-site in Bengaluru.
- The Faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum for sociology optional subject as per UPSC syllabus.
- Daily tasks include teaching sociology classes, mentoring students, creating study materials. --- The teacher should be able to simplify sociology with daily examples. Aim should be a to ignite a curiosity regarding the subject and teach from foundation level

Qualifications
- Expertise in Sociology as a subject with experience in UPSC with high scores with an M.A prefereably but not compulsory.
- Strong ability to develop comprehensive study materials and curriculum.
- Excellent verbal skills to conduct a session and engage student.
- Proven ability to educate and mentor students effectively.
- Master's or higher degree in Sociology.
- Experience in the field of civil service preparation is a plus.
