Position: HR Specialist
Location: Chennai
Salary range: 20k-25k
Roles:
- Handle recruitment process from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter.
- Holding intake meetings with line managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, sharing their
expertise to demonstrate credibility and set expectations on the availability of talent and efficient sourcing strategies.
- Strategically utilize LinkedIn, online research, events, etc. to engage highly passive, sought-after candidates.
- Be proactive about exploring alternative sourcing channels.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicant.
- implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant Job portals.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
-Own and drive the sourcing strategy for a variety of roles a across the business.
