Eduport is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee smooth operations across multiple offline campuses. If you have experience managing multi-location operations especially in hospitality chains like OYO and thrive in dynamic, on-ground roles with regular travel, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across campuses ensuring quality & efficiency.
• Lead multi-site teams, vendor coordination, and operational audits.
• Develop SOPs and implement process improvements.
• Regular travel within Kerala districts to support campuses.

Requirements by Eduport:

• 2+ years managing multi location operations, hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong problem solver & team leader with excellent communication.
• Willing to travel regularly within Kerala
