Join our team as an Admin Manager based in Patna. We are looking for a highly organized and Excel-savvy professional to coordinate sales operations, manage daily reports, and streamline data using advanced Excel tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily tasks and communication with the sales team.
- Collect, compile, and simplify daily sales reports.
- Use Advanced Excel to analyze and present data (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.
- Maintain operational efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Act as the central point for all sales team coordination.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin/Operations/ Coordination.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel - must know VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
