Role - Academic Mentor (OFFLINE).

Responsibilities:

• Provide Personalized and Group guidance to UPSC aspirants based on their individual needs, learning styles, academic strengths and weaknesses and background..
• Develop Personalized/Group UPSC strategy for each student, taking into account their unique circumstances and goals.
• Resolve academic doubts and queries of studentt related to UPSC preparation.
• Motivate and Counsel students during their preparation journey, helping them stay focused and motivated.
• Offer Personalized guidance on Time Management, Answer Writing Techniques, Notes - Making, and other important aspects of UPS preparation.
  Conduct Group Sessions on themes related to UPSC CSE.

Requirements:

• Must have appeared in atleast 1 Interview of the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
• Strong understanding of the UPSC Examination Pattern, Syllabus and Requirements.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Mentoring UPSC aspirants is preferred.
