Experience: 4+ years in academic counselling / inside sales / team management
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach & scale a high-performing team of academic counsellors.
- Drive student conversions via consultative sales and inside sales strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics & implement data-driven improvement plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing & Academic teams.
- Foster a student-first culture with empathy and impact.

Physics Wallah is Looking For:

- Proven leadership experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling
- Strong communication, team management, and target-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
