Mode: Work From Office - 6 Days/Week (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

• About the Role:
  Unacademy is looking for a Category Associate to drive growth and engagement in one of our key verticals. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Social Media Marketing (60%) and experienced in Go-To-Market (GTM) and Revenue/Growth Strategy (40%). You'll also coordinate directly with educators, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and operations.
  What You'll Do:
  - Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote category-specific content.
  - Coordinate closely with educators on schedules, deliverables, and promotions.
  - Support GTM initiatives for new launches or campaigns.
  - Track performance metrics and assist in revenue growth strategies.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, ops) to ensure success.
  Requirements:
  - 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, GTM, or category operations
  - Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
  - Hands-on experience with social media platforms and performance tools
  - Immediate joiners or those with max 20 days notice.
