Job Profile:

1. Lead Generation: Conducting seminars and school visits to generate leads.
2. Counselling: Guiding students and parents to help them achieve academic success.
3. Students Enrollment: Converting leads into admissions.
4. Relationship Management: Meeting with school principals, coordinators, and management to build
   partnerships.
5. Liaising with Local Teachers: Collaborating with local tuition teachers to drive business.
6. Compliance: Adhering to internal processes and policies.
7. Database Management: Creating and maintaining a database of schools and other lead sources.
8. Target Achievement: Striving to meet set business targets.
