We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and scale our operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor & manage the sales team.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve revenue and admissions targets.
  • Build strong relations with students & institutional partners.
  • Drive innovation in sales & marketing approaches.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales Leadership (EdTech/Coaching industry preferred).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
  • Ability to strategize and execute high-impact sales campaigns.
