Role: Academic Counsellor / Sr. Academic Counsellor
Location: Study IQ Patna Branch (UPSC vertical)
Salary: Up to 6 LPA + Uncapped Incentives (based on experience & performance).

What you'll do:

- Counsel students and parents on UPSC/BPSC course offerings.
- Help students choose the right course plan.
- Manage walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups.
- Drive conversions and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with enrolled students.

Who we're looking for:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven & student-focused mindset.
- 1-2 years Experience in the EdTech/Coaching industry (UPSC vertical) & Graduate or above.
