teams, and ensure a seamless learning experience. *

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve student queries via Freshdesk, calls, and emails.
• it Collaborate with Ops, Tech, Academic, and Placement teams to resolve escalations.
• Track open tickets and ensure high learner satisfaction.
• Share insights to improve internal processes.
• Onboard new learners with a seamless experience
  What We're Looking For:
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or learner support (Ed Tech experience a plus!)
• Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk, Exotel, or Ameyo.
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and committed to learner success
