Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing HR policies, procedures, and metrics.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer benefits, compensation, performance reviews, and payroll support.
• Serve as an HR point of contact for employees addressing grievances, interpretation of policies, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to training, development programs, and continuous HR improvement.
