We're on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Manager/
Senior Associate - Growth. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our campus presence, onboarding energetic College Representatives, and leading impactful brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges across the region to onboard College Representatives.
- Build and lead a strong on-ground student ambassador network.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive student engagement.
- Foster long-term relationships with college authorities and student bodies.
- Take full ownership of individual and team targets.

What We're Looking For:
- Male candidates only.
- Fluent in Kannada (mandatory).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and ready to travel.
- Experience in marketing/sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
