Location: Karkardooma (Work From Office)
Full-time | 6 Days Working
Experience: Minimum year (preferably in EdTech or counselling)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle challenging client queries with patience & professionalism.
• Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).
• Conduct outbound calls & follow-ups to generate & interest.
• Maintain accurate records & handle objections effectively.
• Stay updated on UPSC trends to better assist students.
  

What We're Looking For:

• Customer service & sales skills.
• Excellent communication & problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field.
• Proficiency in CRM, Google Meet, Excel, etc..
• Knowledge of UPSC SE process (preferred)
