Ranker's Gurukul is Hiring: Community Manager - Teaching Exams (CTET, UPTET, DSSSB, etc.)
Location: Delhi - Full-Time
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
We are looking for a passionate Community Manager who can lead, engage, and grow our student communities for CTET, UPTET, DSSSB, REET and similar exams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitor analytics - Improve reach, impressions & watch time.
- Generate ideas for trending & high-retention content.
- Coordinate with faculty, editors, content marketing teams.
- Generate and execute new ideas for content, courses, and marketing.
- Communicate exam updates, test schedules & study tips.
- Monitor analytics, set targets, and drive measurable results.
- Coordinate with faculty, content & support team.
- Plan & schedule video lectures, shorts, reels & live sessions.

Who Can Apply?

• Deep understanding of teaching exams (CTET, UPTET, etc.).
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English both preferred).
• Hands-on experience in You Tube growth & SEO.
• Proactive, student-friendly, and responsible.
• Prior experience in community handling (bonus)
