Key Responsibilities:

Mentoring:
- Conduct engaging and informative sessions for UPSC aspirants.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them prepare for both the preliminary and main
examinations.
- Create and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and mock tests.

Curriculum Development:
- Assist in developing and updating the curriculum to ensure it meets current exam standards and trends.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate innovative teaching methodologies.

Student Performance Evaluation:
- Assess student performance through regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify areas of improvement for individual students and offer personalized coaching.

Communication and Interaction:
- Maintain effective communication with students, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Facilitate discussions and encourage active participation from students in both online and offline settings.
Administrative Duties:
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and other institutional activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
Must have appeared in at least two UPSC main examinations or have faced one UPSC interview.
Medium: English

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of UPSC exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Education:
- A graduate degree from a recognized university.
Work Mode:
Work From Office (WFO):
Available for those who prefer a traditional classroom setting and can commute to our location in Bengaluru or Chandigarh.
