Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate and follow.
• Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets & KPIs.
• Work closely with marketing to align strategies.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Share insights on market trends and customer preferences.
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of telesales/inside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (other languages a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation & collaboration skills.
