Job Summary:

The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding UPSC aspirants through course options, understanding their academic goals, and helping them choose the right
programs. The role involves handling student queries, providing academic advice, and ensuring an exceptional student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding PW's UPSC programs, batches, and learning pathways.
• Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses based on their background and preparation stage.
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively to achieve enrollment targets.
  Maintain and update student interaction records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with faculty and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Conduct counselling sessions, seminars, and workshops as needed.
• Provide post-enrollment support and maintain positive relationships with students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred background in Humanities, Management, or Education).
• 1-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or academic advisory roles--preferably in the UPSC/EdTech domain.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent problem-solving attitude and student-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
