What You'll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for walk-in & call-in & inquiries.
• Counsel students & parents on IIT-JEE programs.
• Guide course selection based on academic background & aspirations.
• Manage and update student records in CRM.
• Support smooth onboarding & coordinate with academic teams.
• Represent PW at seminars, open houses & events.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Science background preferred).
• 1-3 years' experience in academic/admission counselling (IIT-JEE preferred).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
