• Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, coordination).
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations.
• Work on HR documentation, data management, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various people initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Students/recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (bonus if familiar with HR tools).
