Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive and achieve sales revenue targets by managing a high-performing inside/telesales team.
• Monitor and drive sales operations efficiently to deliver the desired throughput.
• Manage, coach, and motivate sales executives to grow their input/output metrics and retain them for long-term
  

Objectives-

• Manage and administer the CRM and other tools to drive the sales funnel and effective lead management.
• Monitor team performance and maintain team MIS regularly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes within the sales team.

Requirements by Adda247:

• Graduate from a recognized institute.
• 3-6 years of experience in outbound sales.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing a team of 10-15 telesales executives.
• Prior (B2C) sales experience is must.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good leadership skills.
