Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Value Offering Associate – CLAT to support the design, implementation, and quality control of exclusive features and offerings tailored for CLAT aspirants. You’ll work closely with educators, product, and category teams to enhance learner experience through structured offerings like test series, practice modules, answer writing programs, and more.

Key Responsibilities by Unacademy

● Coordinate and manage all value-added programs within the CLAT category (test series, revision batches, answer writing, mocks, etc.)
● Work with educators to plan and schedule high-impact academic offerings.
● Track performance and effectiveness of offerings based on learner participation, feedback, and outcomes.
● Collect learner feedback to improve content structure and delivery mechanisms.
● Ensure timely communication and visibility of offerings on relevant platforms and channels.
● Collaborate with marketing and design teams for promotions and announcements.
● Maintain documentation, schedules, and dashboards for offering execution.

What We’re Looking For

● 1 to 2 years of experience in academic operations, content coordination, or program management.
● Strong coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
● Familiarity with CLAT preparation patterns and learner expectations is a strong advantage.
● Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and basic analytics/reporting.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong executor with a learner-first mindset.
