What You'll Do:
- Lead Sales & Operations with full P&L ownership.
- Develop multi-channel sales strategies (online & partnerships).
- Build and mentor high-performance sales teams.
- Oversee CRM, onboarding, and retention workflows.
- Track KPIs - conversions, enrolments, and profitability.
Experience:
- 4-7 years in EdTech or Education Services.
- Must Have: Sales Leadership, Operations.
- Management & CRM Expertise
