NEXT IAS is looking for an experienced professional (4+ years) to manage marketing, academic operations, and student engagement activities at our Prayagraj centre.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands education marketing, academic operations, and student lifecycle management.

Location: Prayagraj

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Seminar Management

• Plan, organise, and execute seminars/webinars in colleges, universities & other platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase student engagement & brand visibility.
• Support promotional campaigns & outreach initiatives to drive leads & admissions.

2. Academic Operations

• Coordinate with faculty & academic teams for smooth delivery of academic schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day operations related to student services.
• Monitor & resolve academic-related student queries.

3. Skills & Behaviour

• Good understanding of marketing activities & events.
• Eager to grow in business development & marketing roles.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking & presentation skills.
