What You'll Do:

• Plan and execute user engagement & retention campaigns via MoEngage and Clever Tap.
• Manage Push Notifications, In-App Messages, Email & SMS campaigns for -different user segments.
• Drive Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives. to boost retention and reactivation.
• Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to enhance campaign performance.
• Analyze user behavior to improve conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Support overall growth strategy across both organic and paid channels.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in Growth / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with MoEngage / Clever Tap or similar automation tools.
• Strong understanding of engagement funnels and analytics.
• A creative mindset backed by a data-first approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
