Civils Prep is hiring a Freelance CSAT Faculty (UPSC - Civil Services Aptitude Test).

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Deliver high-quality SAT lectures (Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Comprehension, Decision-Making).
• Prepare structured lesson plans, PPTs, and handouts for students..
• Conduct recorded and/or live online sessions with engaging teaching methods.
• Develop practice sets, model answers, and mock tests aligned with UPSC CSAT trends.
• Provide doubt resolution and guidance to students.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure syllabus coverage and consistency.

Requirements -

• Educational Qualification:
  Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Engineering, or relevant field.
  Candidates with strong Quant/Reasoning background preferred.

• Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of teaching CSAT/Quant/Reasoning for UPSC/State PCS/Banking/SSC or other competitive exams.
-Proven track record of helping aspirants clear CSAT.

• Skills:

-Strong command over Quant, Reasoning & Comprehension.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts with examples.
- Tech-friendly (comfortable with online teaching tools, PPTs, digital boards).

• Mandatory Requirement:

-Candidate must share at least one sample video lecture (20-30 mins) to showcase teaching style & clarity.
