PW OnlylAS by Physics Wallah is one of India's fastest-growing UPSC prep platforms.
We're looking for a dynamic Team Lead - Counsellors to manage a team of 10-12 counsellors and drive
admissions at our Karol Bagh Centre.

What you'll do:

Lead & mentor counselors to achieve admissions targets
Manage end-to-end lead-to-admission process (calls, walk-ins, CRM)
Ensure high conversions, performance tracking & seamless student experience
Collaborate with Marketing & Ops for sales funnel optimization.

What we're looking for:

• 2-4 years' experience in EdTech/Coaching/UPSC counseling (offline preferred).
• Strong UPSC domain knowledge & sales leadership skills.
• Hands-on CRM expertise (Marritoo/NPF or similar)
