What You'll Do:

• Architect & execute YouTube growth strategies for UPSC & State exam categories.
• Boost reach & engagement through SEO, metadata optimization, playlists & thumbnails.
• Run A/B experiments on titles, thumbnails & video formats to maximize CTR & retention.
• Decode YouTube Analytics to drive data-backed decisions.
• Track algorithm changes, competitor trends & platform innovations.
• Collaborate with educators, creators & marketing teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• I- 3 years of hands-on experience in YouTube channel growth/content marketing.
• Proficiency in YouTube Studio, Analytics, SEO tools (VidIQ, TubeBuddy, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into actions.
• Creative storytelling + data-driven approach to scaling video impact.
• Familiarity with UPSC/State exam prep ecosystem (huge plus!)
