Role Overview

We are looking for a Value Offering Associate – UGC NET who will be responsible for driving the execution and quality of high-value programs such as test series, doubt-solving, revision sessions, and structured learning plans within the UGC NET category. The role demands strong coordination, execution ownership, and a learner-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end execution of special offerings like mock tests, MCQ series, PYQ sessions, and crash courses for UGC NET.
● Work closely with top educators and internal teams to ensure timely planning and delivery of content.
● Monitor learner participation, session performance, and feedback on offerings.
● Collaborate with marketing and design teams for visibility, updates, and communication.
● Gather learner insights to improve program structure and learner experience.
● Maintain internal trackers, reports, and SOPs for smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

● 1 to 2 years of experience in academic operations, content coordination, or education management.
● Familiarity with UGC NET syllabus, learner behavior, and exam structure is a strong plus.
● Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple programs.
● Good command of Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
