Saarthi IAS, Jaipur, invites applications for the post of Faculty - Modern Indian History.
Engagement Type: Contractual (duration and workload negotiable)
Location: Jaipur (on-site preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Demonstrated expertise in Modern Indian History, in alignment with the UPSC Civil Services syllabus.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the field of civil services or related competitive examinations.
• Ability to design and deliver structured lectures, study materials, and test questions.
• Strong communication skills and an aptitude for mentoring aspirants preparing for UPSC.
• Commitment to academic excellence and pedagogical innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom lectures and/or online sessions on Modern Indian History.
• Develop high-quality notes, model answers, and test papers.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance to students.
• Coordinate with the academic team for syllabus planning and execution.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned curriculum.

Remuneration:

• Will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and quality of content delivery. Performance-based incentives may be provided.
