The Study IAS is Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Immediate Joiner)

The Study IAS, one of India's most trusted UPSC preparation institutes, is looking for an experienced and
passionate Academic Counsellor to join our student success and admissions team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling (preferably in UPSC or Ed Tech domain).
• Strong understanding of UPSC preparation and the mindset of aspirants.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to guide aspirants on course offerings, preparation strategies, and mentorship value.
• Confidence in managing lead conversion, tele-counselling, and walk-in interactions.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling potential students about UPSC courses, mentorship programs, and the admission process.
• Handling phone, WhatsApp, and in-person queries with accuracy and empathy.
• Coordinating between students, faculty, and backend teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate lead and conversion records on CRM tools.
• Following up diligently and supporting students through their decision-making journey.

Experience Required:

• Minimum in year in the UPSC coaching industry, test prep, or EdTech sector.
• Preference given to those with prior UPSC attempt/ academic exposure
  Salary:
  - As per industry standards
  - Negotiable based on last drawn salary and skill alignment
