Are you passionate about UPSC prep and have a knack for academic planning and coordination? Join Legacy IAS, one of India's leading UPSC coaching institutes, as we scale to the next level.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate class schedules, test series, and mentorship programs.
• Act as the single point of contact between faculty, students & management.
• Drive course delivery improvements based on student feedback.
• Plan and launch new UPSC-related courses.
• Ensure smooth execution of academic operations end-to-end.
• Contribute actively to Legacy IA's mission of transforming UPSC preparation

Who we're looking for:

• 2-4 years experience in the UPSC coaching industry or as a serious aspirant.
• Excellent communication, scheduling, and execution skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead academic workflows.
• Bonus: Ability to ideate and implement new course structures.
• Location: Work from office only (Bengaluru)
