We're looking for a Project Associate to join our high-impact VPRP Team at PW. This role will focus on
centralized hostel operations, vendor/stakeholder coordination, and process optimization- playing a key part in delivering seamless educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities-
- Centralized Hostel Operations Management
- Vendor & Stakeholder Communication
- Excel/Google Sheets-Based Data Tracking & Reporting
- Daily Ops Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- SOP Documentation & Process Improvements
Who You Are-
- MBA/Postgraduate preferred
- 3+ years' experience in operations/program coordination
- Strong with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in residential/educational ops (preferred)
